Obscure early-90s-late-80s hip hop song identification: "flyfolds wiggle"?

Obscure early-90s-late-80s hip hop song identification: I used to hear this song on the radio back in the day, and the only part of it I can remember is a line that goes "Joey's in the back / He makes the fly folds wiggle." Anyone?

They might've been a local (Dallas or just Texas) band, but I have the recollection it was three or four white guys going back and forth on the song.

I don't recall those lyrics but your description and the timing sounds like it could have been Young Black Teenagers
