Are there any other sites listing cookie opt-out pages now that technoerotica.net is gone?

http://technoerotica.net used to have a site listing all the cookie opt-out pages, and I found it very handy. I went looking for it and was dismayed to find it gone. Is there any other site like that? My google-fu is weak. Metafilter please hope me.
