How to stop automatic news alerts from WSJ

AIM Bots gone bad: WSJ won't stop sending me news alerts. [mi]

I've tried to use the built in tool "manage alerts" but that just leads to a menu with 4 options:
1) Select News Alerts
2) Select Delivery Options
3) View Your Alert Settings
4) Stop All Alerts

Unfortunately, none of these work. I generally type 4, then hit send. No response. I've tried this a number of times, even tried typing out the commands; still nothing. So I wrote a rather strongly worded (leave me the hell alone) IM to the "feedback" section. No response. AIM doesn't seem to let you block bots, so I don't know what else to do. Help?

Response by poster: Oh yeah, any thoughts on reporting this to AOL? Or "Warning" them? Will that do anything?

rorycberger,
My step brother wrote the WSJ AIM bot software. Send me an email describing the problem and I'll forward it to him.
