Inexpensive all-day spa near NY or DC?

Best inexpensive all-day spa treatment in or near either NY or DC? Needs to have facials, massage, body scrubs, etc. and a "couples" type of treatment where two can be treated side-by-side and not cost a small fortune. Thanks.

I have heard great things about the spas at Berkeley Springs, WV, which isn't too far from DC.
