Looking to for contact information to secure property release...if even necessary??

Would anyone know the contact information for obtaining a property release of an image taken of Radio City Music Hall / Rockefeller Center? Thanks for any help!!

IANAL, nor a photographic IP expert, but my understanding is that a photograph taken from a public place doesn't need a release — the external appearances of buildings are, quite sensibly, in the public domain. Some building owners assert otherwise, but this seems to be bluster without legal force.
