Seattle area jazz/swing bands (for a wedding reception)? Google offers a big-ass list. But you have thoughtful, intelligent recommendations. Please to hope me?

You might check out the Swing NW events calendar and/or contact one of the swing troupes in the area, like this one, since I bet they have a bead on bands.
