What should I do with my last three weeks in Portland OR?

On December 18, I'm shipping out to Navy boot camp. This gives me three weeks to see as much of my town as I can. Where should I go and what should I do with that time? I'm hoping for ideas that I might have overlooked.

Powell's City of Books, the Riverfront esplanade, the Rose and Japanese Gardens, Washington Park, drive along the Columbia, day trip to Mt. Hood, Portland Zoo. Those are a few of the places I always visit when I'm in town.

Eat a Voodoo Doughnut.
Take a long look at Portland from Mt. Tabor.
Go to the Rhododendron Garden.
Eat and drink at the Lompoc. Many times.
Go to Mary's. Get a t-shirt. Wear it when you can.
See a movie at the Kennedy School.

Come home safe, and do these things again when you get back.

Visit the Grotto.

Take a drive outside of Portland along the Historic Columbia Highway and see the waterfalls, especially Multnomah Falls.

Seattle: Discovery Park, Two Bells Tavern, Elliot Bay Book Company, Ravenna Third Place Books, Ravenna Park, University District Farmers' Market, Asian Art Museum (and Volunteer Park), Globe Bakery and Cafe, Wayward Cafe, Lake View Cemetery, Lake Union and the Center for Wooden Boats, Monorail Espresso, Left Bank Books. Get up early in the morning and watch the sun come up over the Sound from Pike Place, then have a breakfast at Three Girls Bakery.

Portland: Reading Frenzy, Portland Art Museum, Forest Park, Paradox Cafe, Cup and Saucer Cafe, Hawthorne Boulevard Books, Muddy Waters Coffee House, Zell's. Seconding Mount Tabor (the view from the Pittock Mansion is also great). Take a walk across the Broadway Bridge or the Steel Bridge early in the morning before the traffic gets started.

Sing the Portland national anthem, a beautiful (if sleep-inducing) tune in the key of T H C.

Oh, and drive on NE Ainsworth and over the St. John' Bridge.
