Is this a Philip K Dick story or someone else's?

A friend of mine and I were talking about PKD, and he's trying to remember if this is one of his stories or if it was written by another science fiction writer. This is what he told me regarding the story:

"ok been bugging me for awhile cant remember if it was a Philip story about a man who goes in to get himself recloned cuse he is a fat ass and he thinks his old clone goes off to a resort but turns out its a slave labor camp"

any ideas as to who the writer is and what the name of the piece is?

That's "Fat Farm", by Orson Scott Card, first published in Omni magazine in 1980.

It's been reprinted in:

*The Best of Omni Science Fiction Vol. 4 [1982]
*The Science Fiction Weight-Loss Book [1983]
*Maps in a Mirror: the Short Fiction of Orson Scott Card [1990]
*The Changed Man [1992]

It was made into a comic which appears in the October 2005 issue of InterGalactic Medicine Show. Looks like you have to register to read it though.
