engine heart chords

does anyone happen to know the chords to engine heart by mirah? i think they are played on a ukelele. thank you!
FWIW, what the gal in the YouTube video linked above is playing sounds a little different than the original. She's singing the same melody, but what she's playing on her ukelele(I'm almost positive) is not what Mirah plays on her version. I wish I had a better ear and could tell you what Mirah is playing, but I hope someone else can -- I can play the uke a little bit and I'd love to be able to play this song.

i have a real old banjo/uke that i wanted to play it on. thanks a lot it sounds great!
