What is this location I spotted from Google maps?

Does anyone know what this facility is (google satellite image, Action, California.) It looks like a nursery, or something similar, but I'm trying to get more specifics for a hiking guide I'm working on (without taking the long, long drive out there.)

Usually I work those things out by going to the county website for the locality and looking in the tax appraisal or appraisal district rolls for that address. Some states such as Texas have a good network for this, while unfortunately a lot of California locations seem neurotic about the privacy aspects and disallow access by the public at large.

(some localities put the plats online which is even better)

Perhaps this will help a little more:

Note that you can change the direction of view.

The rows look like a vines, but not the individual plants. Vinyard and fruit farm?

Perhaps the individual plants were just planted and hadn't had a chance to grow along the wires yet. Or they were trimmed right before the photo was taken. Alternatively, it could be an orchard with trees planted along contour lines.

As a follow-up, I drove past a vineyard today that also grew olive trees, and remembered that I've seen that at others too.
