vconvert.net hates my macbook. Is it just me?

Attempting to download a converted video from the otherwise-cool vconvert.net gives me this error if I do it with my macbook. It doesn't matter where I try to save the file, and the filename it gives me is not the filename which would be used had it worked (ordinarily 'vconvert.mp4', iirc). On WinXP or Ubuntu Studio I have no such problem. Is this just me? Does anyone know a fix?

Create a new profile and use that. This error appears when the Firefox profile has been damaged.

Well, that didn't work, but simply giving up on FF and using Safari did, so thanks!
