Can you name this PC game I remember playing around 8 years go?
I remember playing this game on my Windows 98 machine. I'm guessing it was about 8 years ago. I can only recall a couple things about the game.
1) It was an FPS
2) The game (or atleast the level I remember) took place on a farm
3) There were mosquitos so big that you could kill them with a shotgun

That was one of the more original FPS's out there. It was based on the engine originally developed for Duke Nukem 3D. At the end of each DN3D level, you had to find and hit a self-destruct button. At the end of each Redneck Rampage level, you had to find your dumbfuck cousin and hit him in the middle of the forehead with a crowbar.
Unfortunately, they're all DOS games, and it's non-trivial to get them to work under XP. Alas; my favorite games from the 90's are beyond my reach now for that reason.

Steven: You should take a look at DOSBox, if you haven't already. It's an emulator for a DOS-based PC and it puts those 90's games back into reach! It works really well for me, anyway.

Just to pile-on DOSbox, I'm using it to continue running my crusty old Lotus 1-2-3 spreadsheets on Linux. I can navigate the Lotus menus with my eyes closed. /FSEntR/QY
