Please help me get my Gmail...

I'm running Firefox 2.0.0.5 and Roboform extension v6.9.4. When I visit Gmail, I get a ridiculously high memory spike, usually about 200mb. Why is this?
I've narrowed the problem down to visiting Gmail (standard view) with Roboform enabled. If Roboform is disabled, or if I use the HTML only view, I have no problem. The memory stays used until I close down Firefox, at which point it gets released. Closing the Gmail tab has no effect on the memory. Gmail is the only site that this happens on. If I close the Gmail tab, then revisit Gmail in the same session, I get another spike, and so on until Firefox crashes completely.
I've cleanly uninstalled both Firefox and Roboform (and the extension), and reinstalled, to no effect. I've disabled all the other extensions I use, in Safe Mode, and enabled only Roboform, and it still occurs.
What's going on? And more importantly, what can I do to fix/prevent it?

Response by poster: No I hadn't, but I have now. Thanks. :)
