Dreamcast ad making fun of Sony?

Where can I find the Sega Dreamcast ad that poked fun at the PlayStation 2 supply issues?

I remember seeing, a few years ago linked off of a slashdot user's website, a print advertisement for the Sega Dreamcast. It read something to the effect of

"Sony -

We are very sorry to hear about your recent supply issues and we wish you the very best.

- Sega"

and had a big picture (the top half of the ad) of a kid sticking out his tongue. It's probably been six years since I've seen this and I'd really like to see it again, as well as show some of my friends.
