DVD duplication service: quick and quality over speed

I'm looking for a good DVD duplication service where I can ship them the master and art and they ship me my product. Small run (50) with printed design on DVD in plain white sleeve. Any recommendations based on your own satisfactory results with a service?
Quick and quality over speed? Don't quick and speed kind of go together?

Response by poster: Sorry, that was supposed to be cheap and quality over speed.

FWIW, Kinkos will do it for about $3 per disk, but that does not include artwork.
I know that is a suck suggestion, but I thought the price might give you a decent baseline. Good luck.

I had some CDs produced by CDman a couple years ago, and was pleased with the results.
They also do DVDs... you'll have to check their DVD rates and decide if they're in your range.

I have a business that does shortrun CD-r's, DVD-r's, with full color printing on the disc, and a choice of paper sleeves and slim line cases. The business is based in central New Jersey and we service mainly local clients.
