Looking for an Elderhostel-like service in Australia.

My mother just had her September trip-of-a-lifetime to Australia cancelled by Elderhostel because of low enrollment. I've urged her to go anyway, but she says she won't enjoy the trip on her own, and for various reasons, none of the immediate friends and family are in a position to accompany her. I'm wondering if there's some sort of Elderhostel-esque service in Australia that does that sort of thing -- pick her up at the airport and take responsibility for the logistics of the trip, set her up with a roommate and fellow-travelers to join in meals and free time, etc. Any suggestions?

Not quite sure if this is what you are after, but my grandfather went on a number of trips organised by Young At Heart, who specialise in trips for the over 60 age group throughout Australia.
