Puzzle/adventure book about finding Atlantis?

I'm trying to find a puzzle/adventure book from my childhood. It was about Atlantis and it was beautifully illustrated... ring a bell?

The book was a sort of no-pen-needed activity book, where there were puzzles to be solved on each page, geared toward perhaps a 12-yr-old mind. One I remember involved you choosing the correct fruit from an evil fruit-seller's stand based on the Atlantean symbols, the meaning of which you had to divine from the background. Another had you choosing a path through a grid between air bubbles, with only a certain amount of steps. Then at the end there was a great battle scene you had to find your way through, with the city of Atlantis being attacked by a whole bunch of robots, underwater tanks, etc. It was lavishly illustrated in a sort of busy "Eleventh Hour" style, and my best guess has it coming out in the early 90s. Scouring google and amazon has availed me nothing.

Response by poster: Nope... that's the one that always comes up when I search for this stuff though.

Could it be Search for the Sunken City from the Usborne puzzle series? I can't find a lot about this particular book, but I have one of the others from the series and it sounds like what you describe.

Response by poster: Afraid not. Looks like I'm gonna have to go digging through all the boxes in the garage to see if we still have it around. Thanks for trying, though.

Mod note: Final update from the OP:
6 years later, with the help of David K., I have found the book!
