Recommend a Tailor in Seattle

Can anyone recommend a tailor in Seattle or the Eastside? I need alterations done on several pieces of women's clothing, somewhat more complicated than just doing hems, so I would like a real tailor, not a dry cleaning shop that does alterations. I've already Googled, but would much prefer a referral to someone whose services you have actually used.

I can recommend Margarita the Tailor in Issaquah. 1145 NW Gilman Blvd #9 - (425) 391-6943. My wife and I have used her services for years and been pleased with the results.

We live in Ballard, and always take our stuff to A Perfect Fit. (Read glowing reviews here.) I'm blanking on the owner's name, but she is Irish, a true neighborhood activist (campaigned against the giant Safeway gas station set to go in across the street from her shop) and can do seemingly everything -- if she can't, she'll tell you.

I've always used Superb Custom Tailors on Queen Anne, and I love them.

second on Dianes. Nordstrom will alter non-Nordstrom clothes as well, and they always do a great job.
