Chords for "Ring Telephone Ring" by Buck Ram?

[obscuremusicfilter] Wondering if anyone has reliable chords and/or sheet music to "Ring Telephone Ring" by Buck Ram.

The song was popular in late 1941, both the Ink Spots and Glen Miller Orchestra recorded versions.

Thanks! I'm posting for a friend, BTW...

If the song is formally copyrighted in the in the US my understanding is that it has to be submitted to the Library of Congress (link to Wikipedia's US Copyright page). I don't know if it's possible to get a copy of the music from there but it's worth looking into at least.

Failing that, a good musician ought to be able to transcribe the song for you, especially if you just want chords and maybe the main melody. I'd check with some jazz musicians, or through your local music store. This might cost more than you want to spend, though, and you'll need a copy of the song, if you don't have one.
