Who was this singer I saw on the TV in Steve and Barry's?

I was in a Steve and Barry's store today, and saw pretty cool music video, and now I can't remember who is artist is. It was a dark-haired female vocalist, whose first name I believe was Kaern or Kaeren or Karyn. In the video, she was in a snowy park in what appeared to be NYC. Any ideas?

The song, BTW, was "Greatest You Can Find."
