Private label LinkedIn-type service?

Alternatives to http://www.xing.com/ and http://www.collectivex.com -- business networking services/software for groups?

I'm looking for an easy to use, rich-featured service for enabling members of my business group to network with each other. Linkedin now offers services to groups, but I'm not thrilled with the way their service works.

Any suggestions?

37 signals has a nice set of sftware applications that you might find useful, too. take a look at basecamp and campfire.
