name that artist filter: Who's rapping in the Neon Genesis Evangelion Symphony Soundtrack?

My google-fu has not turned up anything, but in the Neon Genesis Evangelion Symphony Album, there is a rap version of Canon in D (CD 2, track 4).

I have no idea who it is rapping, do you?

Could it be "quasi-gangsta rap by British rapper Mali"? (some corroboration here).

I know that Kool Keith did a "rap" over Canon in D, but I doubt this is it.
