Where to buy high-tech outdoor FABRICS in Lima, Peru?

In Lima, Peru for 3 days. Where to buy FABRIC for high-tech outdoor gear? Stuff like Polartec Fleece, Schoeller (Soft-shell), Waterproof (Gore-tex?, etc.), or the like. Brand names in this case are important...but probably only for quality issues.
We have found a great tailor and want to have some gear custom-made and tailor-fit. We can find regular fleece (Old Navy-type quality) and some "waterproof" nylon-like tela, er, fabric with waterproof laminate on the inner side, but we'd prefer to make some really radical gear out of high-quality materials.
9 million people, affordable labor, the second-highest mountains in the world half-a-day away....there's gotta be somewhere with this nano-stretch-waterproof-windproof-sweatproof-memory-enhancing genre of fabric available?
Come on you LimeƱos...ayuda, porfa...
Mil Gracias.
