Where to dine in Bucks Co.?

Upcoming anniversary... anyone in or around Bucks County, PA have particularly pleasant experiences with fine dining in the area?
I've done the requisite research online and found a number of good restaurant lists for Bucks County area, but I'd like some personal recommendations from experienced winers-and-diners. The restaurants listed here and here are the sort of caliber I'm looking for.
S.O. is from the area but knows no one who regularly visits the type of restaurant we'd like to treat ourselves to. I'm not familiar with what the area has to offer. What can you recommend?

It might be a little far for you, but the Mainland Inn, in Harleysville, is very nice. Google will help you find it. (Montgomery County, I know, but I'm Bucks-stupid.)

If you don't mind a little drive to Washington's Crossing, you can hardly go wrong at Marcella's.
Fonely the Yellow Brick Toad were still there.

The Mainland Inn is my favorite restaurant, god hates math.
Bucks County is actually pretty big, dorothy humbird. Is there an area, like Doylestown or New Hope, that you're looking for specifically?

Hah, I actually live like a mile from the Mainland Inn when I'm not at college. I'll third the "it's classy as hell."

Response by poster: The southeastern end is where we'll be based out of - Langhorne, Newtown, Yardley area... so a drive to New Hope or across the Delaware isn't out of the question. We're thinking 45 minute radius, tops.

My friends and I hang out it New Hope quite a bit, as it's got a pretty decent nighttime scene for being so far out in the 'burbs. One of our favorite special occasion places is Hamilton's Grill Room, which specializes in grilled meats of all sorts. If you go, see if you can get seats in the actual grill room -- it's right as you walk in, and on a chilly night there's nothing better than hanging out with your friends and several bottles of red wine, watching the chef sling the orders over an open flame.
We've also had several terrific dinners in Newtown at The Brick Hotel. It's a great restaurant housed in a really lovely old inn. The food is top-notch, and it's definitely among our favorites.
We're also very fond of Cafe Con Leche, which is a little more casual than the Brick, but still excellent food. Mostly standard stuff (pastas, fish, meats) but a lot of the items have an Argentinian influence. Also, they make a chimichurri (sp?) sauce that can't be beat.
If you go to either one of these, I'd recommend skipping dessert, though, and walking a half block up the street for ice cream at the Zebra Striped Whale. Wonderful, wonderful ice cream with a million options for mix-ins, great baked goods, and some of the best coffee around.
