At first glance it looks to me like gill sans, "national typeface of Great Britian"

Nope, don't seem to have it. Looks really similar to Kabel and also quite close to Geometric.

err... The second result for a google search for monopoly font says it's Kabel Heavy.

If you look closely though, I don't think it is. The "s" is different. Could be the angle of the photo, but I think it's a custom font based on the previous fonts mentioned. Kabob seems decent enough clone

I hate myself for being so picky but you (and many others) are using the term font when you mean typeface. Explaination.
