Help identify this version of Monopoly for PC running in Virtualbox

What version of Monopoly for PC is being played here?

I like the look of the classic board game and don't want to buy one of the "updated" versions of the game. Also, what is your favorite version of Monopoly for the PC? Have you played your favorite version online?

Looks like Monopoly by Parker Brothers by Tik Games.

Found it on GameHouse's website here. Free demo download and a link to purchase.

Monopoly for me was never fun against a computer player. Part of the fun was always negotiating with other people. Plus, we never played by the official rules.

You both found the correct version. Thank you! I saw some screenshots at Troy's link and one showed the same interface.

Is this the 2008 version of Monopoly? I'd prefer to buy a CD-ROM, rather than pay for a download.

Nevermind, I just saw this screenshot on Amazon and it is the 2008 version.
