Wobbly flash borders

A few years ago I saw a blog that had borders made in flash that would respond to mouse movement by fluidly wobbling in and out. I think the page background was bright blue, while the content back and borders were white. Sound familiar to anyone? I'm trying to see if it's still around.

I'm not sure if the current design features it, but I know previous designs have.

yeah, they aren't there as far as I can tell, but just seeing that name brought it right back to me.
