There's Digg Videos.

At the risk of turning this into a MetaTalk-style discussion, I'm all for the banning of YouTube links on MetaFilter. Why not make it a separate section? VideoFilter or something.

It's not a community blog, since it's curated by one person, but Jay Smooth of hiphopmusic.com has been running TubeRaider for a while, and it's fantastic.
