Learning the bass guitar

Recommend a good DVD for learning the bass guitar.

I have an acoustic bass guitar that I have not played in some time. I'm about to go over my Bert Casey DVD to pick a few things back up. I really liked this DVD because I could easily skip back and forth through the chapters to go over things again, and because he actually taught a few songs that helped me take off and start doing my own thing.

Any recomendations would be wonderful. Hopefully, you may see my name on MetaMusic soon. =)

I was about to recommend the Bert Casey DVD but you were already there. The next logical step is to brush up on that DVD start playing with other people. That's where you'll learn the most.
