Images of Terry Pratchett's Discworld storylines

I am looking for an image depicting the different storylines/-cycles of Terry Pratchett's Discworld. I know it has been linked by BoingBoing or MeFi or memepool or something, but I couldn't find it and Google isn't helping me, either way - all I find are text files. Anyone know what I am talking about and where to get it?

Wait a minute. Isn't Equal Rites the prequel to this book? Oh. Hold on now. These are different authors. I wonder who published first. Hrmmm.
