Looking for camera(wo)men for a documentary-style shoot in SF

I'm looking for two freelance camerapeople for a documentary-style shoot in San Francisco...
I need two camera people to film an event that I'm hosting in San Francisco in a few weeks time. As they're recording footage of an event, there'll be no second takes, and the event itself may be subject to on-the-fly changes, so they need to be experienced at shooting in a documentary, seat-of-your-pants style. Of course I'm willing to pay a reasonable rate for the work, and they don't need to do the editing themselves. Any advice welcome, from personal reccomendations to tips on good places (online) to find such people.

If only there were some sort of list where one could advertise film crew positions directly to San Francisco residents.

Response by poster: Yeah, I know about Craigslist, and indeed, I might end up using it. I was asking in the hope someone would be able to suggest a savvier approach, though.
I'm only going to be in San Francisco for a few days before the event, and it seems like it will be difficult to ensure that someone from Craigslist will be up-to-standard - I probably won't have time to meet them before the shoot.

You could post an ad on mandy.com. That's what a lot of reality-style shows do, and it sounds like your needs are very similar to theirs.

The Bay Area Video Coalition exists exactly for these needs.
