Art/picture framing training - recommendations?

Seeking your recommendations for training in picture framing in the Portland/Seattle area. Thank you.

There is a trade publication called Picture Framing Magazine that has some good resources. They have a books section that could get you started.

I framed for eight years with no real training and learned on the job. You may just have to hit the local shops and see if one of them is willing to train you.

You can make good money if you own a high end shop.
