Recommend books about investigative journalists.

Either fiction or non-fiction is fine. Already read most of the Fletch series and 24 days.

How about Jack Anderson? (Nonfiction)

Tony Hillerman's The Fly on the Wall is pretty good.

How about long articles, like "The Best Investigative Reporter You've Never Heard Of," and some of the fantastic stuff he wrote?

Terry Pratchett's The Truth is a hilarious satire on investigative journalism; it's part of his Discworld series, but stands alone nicely (it was the first book in the series I read and got me totally hooked).
