NSFW question about strap on:

My friend would like to buy this strap on. But unfortunately the website that sells it is in Japan and the site is in Japanese. (We are in the US.)

Could someone give me a step by step instructions on how to order this? The online translators don't seem to be very helpful.

Hate to disappoint you, but it looks as if they only deliver inside Japan. These guys may be able to help you, but I have no experience with them myself.

J-List is a popular site run by an american in Japan. It's got an adult toy selection. I don't see that particular item, but it'd be worth asking.

Maybe if you know someone in Japan, they (or a similarly-minded Japanese Mefite) might be willing to help you out by helping you with the purchase (or even just a shipping address) on your behalf.
