Apart from the Fulton Fish Market, where in NYC could I buy frozen greenshell mussels?

According to its site, The Lobster Place stocks (and will ship) fresh mussels, as well as frozen New Zealand mussels (which are most likely green-lipped). They're in Chelsea Market (enter on 9th or 10th Ave, near 16th St.).
