Games or other activities for remote team

I am looking for games or possibly other social activities that can be played online by a remote team.

We could have five to 12 people participating at any given time. The whole thing needs to take no more than 90 minutes. We are spread across the USA. We are open to paying. Our current package costs $50 for the whole team, and I think that lets us play for a year or so. I have a sensory processing disorder, so I prefer games that minimize sound and irrelevant motion. I like cards and trivia, but I am open to different types of games.

Maybe GeoGuessr?

Another vote for GeoGuessr. It depends on the interests of the team of course, but my remote team of nerds has really enjoyed playing it together.

The game host needs a PRO subscription, but it's inexpensive (under $5/month).

My team has a fully remote (everyone WFH, on a video call) game lunch activity once a month. We've had good luck with Codenames (a word game) and Gartic Phone, which is basically Telestrations (telephone+pictionary) with the serial numbers filed off. That one requires people are willing to draw (badly), but has been fun. We've also had good luck with someone screen-sharing Jackbox games (though probably turn on 'family friendly' if available).

We had a great time with geogessr at work, and we also found some online escape rooms that I was honestly surprised I enjoyed so much.

My team just had a good time a few weeks ago playing Job Job (one of the Jackbox games). $50 is enough to buy 2 or 3 party packs when Steam is running a sale and there's no license to run out on timing.

Quiplash has been another super popular at-work Jackbox game.

Pictionary has worked well in the past.

We tried playing pictionary over teams using the whiteboard and it was comically bad. Between people's bad mouse skills and difficulty of switching to eraser and the lag...

Let's just say no one at my company will ever forget the great "hammer" drawing incident of 2021.

There are a lot of good JackBox games for this. Only one person needs to own the game and everyone plays using their phones.
