Incomplete "forever and a day" song is stuck in my head, please help.

I have a song stuck in my head but I only have a few of the lyrics, and I would love to figure it out, so it will go away. I believe the song from the 2000s with a woman singing with a piano, and I can only remember the last words of the chorus. She would sing, "for-ever and a daaaaay, for-ever and a day."

My brain is trying to throw a lyric before that which is something like "and I'll give my heart to the end of all tiiiiiime." But I'm not sure that's right.

ChatGPT can't find it, and I think this Reddit post might be referring to it too: https://www.reddit.com/r/whatsongisthis/comments/1026fp4/90s_piano_ballad_female_singer_will_you_stay/

Not Jewel either.

If I recall correctly, it was a more obscure, one hit wonder kind of artist
