everything sounds better if you prepend death-

I've been listening lately to a lot of metal with frontwomen who go from strong melodic vocals to deathgrowls, sometimes in the same syllable.
Looking for more. Examples inside.
Bands that fit what I'm looking for: Spiritbox, Jinjer, Arch Enemy, Kittie, some Poppy stuff, Emma Ruth Rundle & Thou.
Could be any kind of metal from any era. Female/femme vocalist is a must, all-female band is better.
Not looking for general female-fronted rock, but specifically metal with melodic + death growl by women vocalists.

Funny you should ask, lately this song has popped back into my head: Madder Mortem Necropol Lit.

Best answer: Metal is not my musical strong suit so it may not check all your boxes, but The Anchor comes to mind. It's fronted by Linzey Rae, to some best known for the Metal Kitchen videos on YouTube (think using a metal song to explain how to make a recipe).

I don't listen to them, myself, but my partner recommends Destiny Potato -- their vocalist Aleksandra Djelmash does this.
