Never punch a man with a face tattoo

This shouldn't be too tough, but I can't find it: I'm looking for a book whose cover is a teenager or man with a tattoo of Mickey Mouse's profile accross his face. It was incredibly shocking when I saw it, but the title didn't stick with me and googling isn't turning anything up.

I think the subject matter included gangs, possibly russia, youth criminals, etc. It may or may not have been a photography book. I'm not 100% positive that it's the cover of the book, it may have been inside the book.

Not your answer, but maybe helps narrow things down:

"In El Paso and the Southwestern United States the letter "M" is now commonly used in connection with the word "Mexican" as part of a gang name. Some members of the Mexican Mafia gang sport a Mickey Mouse tattoo in order to substitute for the two "M's" of their gang name."
