curated examples of effective resumes

The Ask a Manager archives have lots of resume advice, but as far as I can tell, only one full resume example (https://www.askamanager.org/2013/11/this-is-a-resume-and-cover-letter-that-work.html). Where can I find more curated examples of stand-out resumes? I'm not interested in big job sites like Indeed or university career center pages.

Resumes are typically field and role specific. What field/industry/type of position are you interested in? Professional societies sometimes have examples resumes available online

Greg Langstaff has some good resume templates.

Response by poster: Thanks for the templates, but I see now that I was not very specific in my original question. What I'm really looking for are examples that feature (1) an engaging but professional prose style and (2) an overview of a real career, in which the job-seeker has successfully distilled many years of work experience into a coherent and targeted document.
(It seems like the books on the Greg Langstaff site might fit these criteria? I'm a bit wary of buying this kind of self-published e-book without a recommendation, though.)

Best answer: You might be interested in Knock 'em Dead Resumes, which your library probably owns. There's a whole series of Knock 'em Dead job hunting books and I think there may be one that's entirely resume samples.

I googled ''academic editor resume example' and got lots of examples. This one seemed decent but not sure if you looking for a more prose-heavy style.
