Now that ABC is streaming episodes of "Lost," any way one can view it from outside the US and/or download it (copy the stream)?

bittorrent networks regularly have DivX episodes of Lost directly after the air date, if you're not opposed to that sort of thing (it is not legal, afaik).

you can run a search at http://www.torrentspy.com

I haven't tried it myself, but gHacks has a solution.

Find yourself a US-based transparent proxy server and configure your browser to use it. Proxy configuration is under "connection settings" in Firefox and under "LAN settings" in IE. Sites such as proxy4free.com have lists of open proxies you can try.

Anonymouse is a free (ad-supported) proxy.

If you're in the UK, you can watch it on the Channel 4 website, but not until the episode has aired in the UK, and it'll cost you 99p for 24-hour access to one episode.

Go here and get utorrent.

Install, figure out.

Go here here or here and download the torrents for the episodes you want.

Double click the downloaded torrents to automatically open in your nice new shiny uTorrent client.

Pop cork, kick back and enjoy. Best bit? No adverts :)

New US releases are usually online within hours of the show airing.

Last few:

April 12: Episode 2.19 --S.o.S. (bernard and Rose)
April 19: NO show -- Alias two hour special
April 26: LOST recap show -- the Reckoning
May 03: Episode 2.20 --Two for the Road -- Ana Lucia Centric
May 10: Episode 2.21 -- ? Locke and Eko Centric
May 17: Episode 2.22 -- Three Minutes-- Michael Centric
May 24: Episode 2.23 -- Live Together, Die Alone (season finale)
