What is this exercise GIF that showed up inside a random newsletter?

I was reading a newsletter on line (sorry I can't find it again), and this GIF showed up.

The GIF is interesting and I'd like to learn more. It describes a morning workout program with different exercises to be performed each day, Monday-Friday. It seems to emphisize the upper body.

However, clicking it only got me to the GIF itself, not to any site with more information about how to follow the program. And it's not really legible.

I have found other "7-minute chair workouts" on line, but not this one. I assume these "7-minute chair workouts" are just various exercise gurus copying each other.

Can anyone tell me how to find the specific exercise program that's illustrated by this GIF?

Best answer: The logo in the lower right corner is the same as the logo for this app. It may be that the app can give you more information.
