Where to board my dog in Providence Rhode Island?

Where can I board my dog in Providence, Rhode Island, for about 24 hours over memorial day weekend?
I'm driving up to Vermont from DC to visit a friend for several days. She has plenty of room and a giant yard and dogs, so I plan to bring my dog (he's a great road-trip companion)...
The problem is that on my way I need to stop for my cousin's wedding reception, and a short visit with family, in Providence. I'll be staying with my aunt and uncle, so I can't have the dog with me for this one night.
Most boarding places I can find in Providence are either closed for Memorial day, or only take local dogs that already use their doggie daycare. Anyone know any good places? A private sitter? Since it's only for one day/night, I'm not too concerned about price. Strong preference for someplace cage-free, interaction with other dogs, time outside.
I thank you, and Sawyer thanks you, in advance!

it's about 20 minutes away, but you could try delmyra. i've boarded my cat there numerous times.

The only thing that might be a snag for you is when they'll actually be open. I know they're closed Sundays, which means the dog can stay there and be cared for, but you can't pick up until Monday. I'm not sure if they'll be closed on Memorial Day.
