Mandarin language podcasts?

What are some good podcasts for someone who is fluent/conversational in Taiwanese Mandarin but grew up in the US so would like to learn more about how "real" Taiwanese people speak (like slang, idioms) and more about Taiwanese culture and life in Taiwan?

You might try asking Taiwanese Twitter for suggestions, e.g. Taiwanese language advocate Catie Lilly, journalist Brian Hioe.

This YouTube video has a lot of good recommendations for Mandarin podcasts - some from China, some from Taiwan. Maybe see if any pique your interest!

Bailingguo 百靈果 is an interview show with chatty hosts that meets all of your criteria. Made in Taiwan is an academic interviewing other academics about popular music in Taiwan. (Disclaimer: I know the host.) In the Weeds is about pot legalization. All of these are Taiwanese people talking casually with (mostly) other Taiwanese people about topical cultural stuff in everyday Taiwanese Mandarin.
