That Boy aesthetic

What would be the male equivalent of the That Girl aesthetic?
My bestie and I were talking about the That Girl aesthetic, where women on TikTok and Instagram document themselves waking up super early, keeping up with their morning routines of workouts & vitamins & green smoothies, keep a gratitude journal, be productive while still keeping it chill and easy. We were joking about how my bestie (a white gay guy) kinda lives a That Girl-adjacent life, but we were trying to figure out what a male version of that would be.
We first thought of hustle bros, but it struck us as possibly being too aggro - the Aesthetics Wiki entry specifically mentions spa culture which I think is important. Are there any men online that document a That Girl-esque lifestyle? Is there something so inextricably feminine about That Girl that the existence of a That Boy isn't viable?

I worked with this guy who I feel does the equivalent thing of showing off his morning acai bowls, and then putting together his casual but expensive 'fits', then shows him going to the gym, then talks about how grateful he is for his family and shit like that, all with this unrelentingly positive and friendly attitude. It's the same stuff, just a dude. I can attest, though, that he is really like this in real life. I'm sure there are plenty others like him. Not sure what you would call them though.

I can see this going in two slightly different directions:
1. Queer Eye's aesthetic
2. general hipster guy aesthetic - manbun, maybe a handlebar moustache, maybe That Boy/Guy is a barista or works at one of those revamped old-fashioned barber shops that does specialty hot shaves for very much $$$, he cares deeply about his skincare and haircare products, maybe he does yoga as well, he's very much into "clean-eating" or keto, or less frequently, veganism. These kind of guys have often been fuckboys/fuckbois, in my experience. But there's plenty of less mindful fuckboys as well.
