Where can I buy a cute hot water bottle in Portland, Oregon?

Id like to buy a replacement hot water bottle in person in Portland, Oregon.

My preference is for one that's cute, with a removable cover. Our previous one was heart-shaped, for instance, although it didn't have a cover. I'd at least like something that is nicer than the bog standard one you get at a pharmacy.
Has anyone seen any stores that carry them, preferably on the east side?

According to Instacart, New Seasons has the heart-shaped one (says in stock at the Concordia location at least). I ordered ours from Amazon, it's been years since I've seen one in stores that had even a nice if not cute cover. I'm a little disappointed in Bed Bath and Beyond on this.

They don't seem to carry them, but I wonder if you could ask Kindred Homestead in Vancouver to order one for you.
