New Year's Resolution Prep: Tracking Apps

Thinking about making some changes for my health and general mood. I'm on the lookout for an iPhone app that makes tracking progress across multiple domains intuitive, easy, and fun.

Just by Googling and searching I have struck out. I can find dozens of different tracking apps, but couldn't find any that quite hit what I'm looking for. I would like a single app for my iPhone that I can use to track progress for different types of daily activities. Happy to pay for an app if it's going to do what I'm looking for.

The main goal is to be able to see progress over time and to help me pinpoint if various changes are actually helpful over time.

For example, I've been working on some stretching and physical therapy routines and I would like to track 1) which days I completed my stretches 2) option to write-in the specific type of progress for some of the stretches over time. Different stretches will have different measures of progress (some in inches, some in seconds/minutes, etc) so I need to be able to write-in or customize some of the input options.

I'm also trying some new medications and supplements and I would also in this same app like to be able to track things like daily mood and fatigue so I can try to determine whether any of these changes are helping over time.

The Bearable app seems like the best fit, but for $35 a year I'd love if someone could vouch for it as a good option for my needs.

Streaks is great for this kind of use.

Any spreadsheet will do these things, but it won't necessarily be pretty. Google sheets is usable on a phone and once you set up the header row with your tracking things, easy to fill out.

Other terms that might help in your searching: "bullet journal" and "year in pixels"

Response by poster: The ask was specifically for an iPhone app, not a spreadsheet, not a bullet journal, not a pen-and-paper solution.

I’m very new to using Bearable premium but think it will do all the things you need. It definitely does symptom and medication/supplement tracking. You can also set up exercises under the “health measurements” section with a custom unit of measurement and option to add notes. Here are a few screenshots of my setup.

Did you see if Habit Bull will do what you want? I used the free version for a while after hearing about it here, and I liked it, but I know the paid version has more flexibility.
