Have you sold a Mac to SellYourMac? Were you satisfied with the transaction?

My 2018 Intel Mac Mini is fine-ish, but I've never been fully-satisfied with it, and I have reasons to want a laptop in the coming months. SellYourMac seems to be offering a decent price for it, at least compared to any other venues (including eBay!), so I'm a little wary. Any experiences? Thanks!

no idea about sellyourmac but the 2018 mac mini was the last one sold with an intel processor, so that may be affecting its aftermarket value.

I don't know about SellYourMac. But you should review Apple's "What To Do Before Selling" guidelines. This insures you don't leave anything behind (including data on the system that can be scavenged). Helpful regardless of how you dispose of the machine.

Best answer: I’ve used it twice. Both transactions were smooth and a check came quickly.

Response by poster: Update! I sold my Mac to SellYourMac and they paid me more than similar models appear to be going for on eBay. Who knows why, but it was a super-easy, super-fast transaction.
