Best kids face paint?

I’d like to paint a kiddo’s face for Hallowe’en, with some kind of skin-safe paint that will dry down to a durable dry finish that will last all day and not be smeary or messy. I’m reasonably good with artsy stuff so it’s ok if the paint takes a bit of skill to figure out. What should I get? Available online in Canada, please, thanks!

I can vouch for Snazaroo brand face paints. You moisten to apply with a brush or a sponge and then it dries to the touch.

We use Caran D’ache pastels.

If you use grease-based paints/ sticks, you can set them reasonably well with cornstarch.
