Sales training for non-salespeople?

A few members of my team are looking to do some sales training for their professional development, but we're having trouble finding any good programs that feel right. Do any exist?

Our team works in creative media, and we're mostly project managers, but there is a growing sales element to what we do to help convert incoming new business enquiries. There are only a handful of us - around 5-6 people - and everyone would like to expand their skills in this area as our company is moving to a commission model. Not sure if a book or self-guided workshop would cut it for us based on the niche nature of what we do. Would prefer to have some kind of live workshop or training online, but also happy to do something IRL in Australia where we are. Any suggestions warmly welcomed!

The Pragmatic Institute's Business Strategy and Design course might be interesting for you. I haven't taken it, but I've taken quite a few other Pragmatic courses and found them very beneficial.

Dan Pink's To Sell is Human will probably be helpful.
